0) boy, that sewage reflecting pool just adds a lovely touch of elegance to the vista, doesn't it? If you didn't know it was sewage, you could be massively impressed, just admiring it from a distance.
why, build a little bridge over it, japanese style, plant some lotus flowers, bring in some fish and frogs--why, you'd have a regular paradise out front.
...( i know they said they were gonna blow the dams to reflood the marshes, but this is ridiculous!...)
